Journal of Crime and Punishment 27th August 2014

Stephen Dudley's father started yelling at the Judge of the case when one of the boys who struck him escaped conviction. I said that he was lucky himself to escape conviction for contempt of court which could have lead to the loss of his house or five years imprisonment.

As explained in the People's Law Dictionary by Gerald and Kathleen Hill, "there are essentially two types of contempt: (1) being rude, disrespectful to the judge or other attorneys or causing a disturbance in the courtroom, particularly after being warned by the judge; (2) willful failure to obey an order of the court."[5] Contempt proceedings are especially used to enforce equitable remedies, such as injunctions.[6]

Phil replied that he would have done the same. This is rather ironic because his daughter Sophie was killed in a road accident while crossing the road to catch the school bus in 1992, when a speeding driver crossed onto her side of the road. Phil didn't insist that the driver be charged with manslaughter, saying he thought the driver had already suffered enough. To be fair it is the job of the police to charge somebody if somebody is killed, but there was no judge in this case because it never went to court.

Later that night I went on to watch a television program about September 11th 2001 (9/11). More of that shortly. Elsewhere I made the statement that a man came up to SophieWalter's house the day before she died, and fired a gun at her, but it misfired, and he missed. Actually I believe that it did not misfire, and that indeed a bullet did hit her in the head, entering through the nostril, possibly, at a reduced velocity due to the misfire, and ricocheted off the back of the inside of her skull, flying around a bit before stopping. I later asked Phil who had been there if this had happened, or if anyone had visited them that Sunday evening, and he said it had not and nobody had.

She went to bed as normal that night, (this I know because I experienced it first hand) but suffered from a burning sensation inside her head for several hours, and could not sleep. Next day she went to school as normal, but was run over by a speeding driver, six feet, and in line with the gate post (nearest to her house). The skid marks started from that point, and went as far as a car travelling at 100 mkph or more would go. The impact of her head was directly infront of the driver's steering wheel, and the skid marks were all on the wrong side (Sophie's side) of the road. I don't know what the X-ray showed, but she was taken off life support a few days later.

There is another thing I need to add. The driver left a property about five or six miles up the road earlier that morning, and drove fast down the road. I was behind the wheel, but not in my body. I can't say whose body it was, let's say Jason Gunn, Mr X, because that is who the driver looked like. About two hundred metres from the accident spot, I left the car, and the body, and another driver took over, but not Mr X. Let us say it was Mr Y, in Mr X'xs body because I believe it was either Phil's father or Abel Tapsel, although it looked like Mr X. He had the opportunity to stop, because he saw the girl on the road, and changed to her side of teh road, but did not start braking until he hit her. After the accident, the real Mr X was on teh scene.

The reason I mention it is because some would say this is not possible. They would say, I am always me, no matter who is inside my body, which they would always say is me anyway. My fingerprints would be mine, and my memory of teh incident would be mine as well.
